Please join me for a 60-minute group Reiki session focusing on the reconnection of our Heart, Mind, Body and Soul, followed by conversation over a complementary glass or flight of one of the many offered spirits at the Whole Hearted Winery, including non-alcoholic beverages.

If you have been struggling with self-sabotage looping patterns in your life; seeking heart, mind, body, and soul healing; or if you have been feeling ‘off’ and not in true alignment, then this is the session for you.

This session will provide you with finding wholeness, and healing within yourself. You will leave this event feeling more in alignment to your authentic self. When we live in alignment, we have the opportunity to achieve a heightened state of peace, awareness, recovery, and a peak state of performance in all aspects of our lives.
