Rosemary Kiss

 
Vodka                   2 oz
Lemon Juice             .5 oz
Rosemary Simple Syrup   .75 oz
Soda                    1 oz
 
Add all ingredients except soda to a boston shaker filled with ice
Shake until chilled (20-30 seconds)
Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice
Top with soda
Garnish with a rosemary sprig and cranberries
 

Khristovo Mule

 
Vodka                   2 oz
Rosemary Simple Syrup   .75 oz
Ginger Beer                4 oz
 
Build in mule mug filled with ice
Add all ingredients and stir to combine
Garnish with a rosemary sprig and cranberries

 

Rosemary Old Fashioned

 
Whiskey                 2 oz 
Rosemary Simple Syrup   .25 oz
Angostura Bitters          2 dashes or to taste
 
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice
Stir until chilled
Strain into a rocks glass with a large cube or sphere of ice
Garnish with a sprig of rosemary
 
Rosemary Simple Syrup
 
1 c Sugar
1 c Water
4 Sprigs of Rosemary (uncut)
 
In a sauce pan add water and sugar.  Heat until sugar is disolved 
Bring up to boiling and turn heat off
Add rosemary sprigs and stir
Allow to steep for 15 min stirring every 5 minutes
Remove rosemary and allow to cool
Store in an airtight container or bottle in refrigerator
