Pink Lady

1.5 oz gin
.5 oz sparkly red wine
1 oz egg white
.25 oz grenadine
.75 oz lemon juice

Add all ingredients into a shaker and dry shake
Add ice and shake until chilled
Strain into a martini glass or into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice if you prefer on the rocks. 
Garnish with a cherry

Grenadine 

2 C sugar
2 C pomegranate juice
2 oz pomegranate molasses
1 tsp orange blossom water
1 oz vodka as a preservative 

Combine pomegranate juice and sugar in a saucepan and heat over low-medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and add pomegranate molasses and orange blossom water. Stir to combine and allow to cool. Add vodka if desired and bottle. Store refrigerated.
